The transfer from the train station was seamless, providing a great introduction to the area. The Alpinist L room exceeded our expectations, offering a fantastic balance of space and comfort. Waking up to that breathtaking view of the Matterhorn every morning was a highlight for us, it framed perfectly by the trees.

However, the outdoor balcony could use a bit more furniture for relaxation.

during my stay, I found the proximity to the charming Walliserstube and other eateries extremely convenient for enjoying delightful meals, and the nearby Mountaineer's Cemetery offered a peaceful spot for a reflective stroll in the afternoon sun, making my weekend explorations in Zermatt even more enjoyable.

The views of the Matterhorn from my room were fine. I loved the direct ski access. It was so easy to glide from my cozy Alpinist L room to the slopes outside. Plus, the unique dinner experiences, trying raclette right at the table, created such joyful memories!

Fantastic group trip! We enjoyed skiing and checked out the Sunnegga Funicular. The spa was great, and the vibe in the afternoons was lively. Breakfast had a good variety too.

However, the reception team could improve. I was charged for a ski pass I wasn’t advised to return, and they didn’t provide timely info about the Matterhorn cable car hours.

The spa was a dream, and soaking in the outdoor hot tub with stunning views of the Matterhorn was magical. This place has a cozy vibe that feels like home.

Also, the menu lacked variety for healthy options, primarily featuring heavy meals, which can be challenging for longer stays. Moreover, the noise from the live music outside can be overwhelming, regardless of whether you want to enjoy a tranquil evening or a lively one.
